    The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has informed that very heavy rainfall is expected over Assam and Meghalaya during next 3-4 days.

    The IMD further informed that isolated extremely heavy rainfall very likely over Sub-Himalayan West Bengal & Sikkim and very heavy rainfall over Assam & Meghalaya during next 3-4 days. 

    Heavy to very heavy rainfall likely to continue over Maharashtra & Goa on 11th June and over Karnataka, Kerala & Telangana on 11th & 12th June and decrease thereafter.  

    Heat wave to severe heat wave conditions likely to continue over parts of Northwest & East India during next 5 days.
