Two hours load shedding in West Jaintia Hills

Despite the onset of pre-monsoon rains in Meghalaya, the Meghalaya Energy Corporation Limited resorted to load shedding in West Jaintia Hills District for two hours from Thursday evening.

According to information received from State Load Despatch Center, Shillong, load shedding has been enforced in West Jaintia Hills w.e.f 8 pm to 10 pm until further arrangement.
