Timing for opening and closing of liquor shop in West Jaintia Hills

In view of the upcoming election to the Meghalaya Legislative Assembly and as a measure to control and monitoring of liquors in the District, the Deputy Commissioner (excise), West Jaintia Hills has informed that timing for opening and closing of liquor shops has been modified.

Bonded warehouses are allowed to open from 9.00 Am to 6.00 Pm from Monday to Saturday.

IMFL Off Licenses, Home delivery licenses, outstill and canteens to open from 9.00 Am to 8.00 Pm from Monday to Saturday.

IMFL On Licenses (Bar) from 1.00 Pm to 9.00 Pm daily.
