Test of strength amongst women on International Women Day

The office of the District Sports Officer, West Jaintia Hills District, Jowai has come up with a unique way to commemorate the International Women’s Day 2023 by organizing a ‘Open Tug of War’ Competition for Women’s of the District.

The tug of war competition will be held on March 15 next at Kiang Nangbah Stadium, Jowai from 10 am onwards.

The Players for the Competition will consist of 10 Players in a Team (i.e, 7 Players & 3 substitute).

Interesting Teams are requested to collect the Entry form from the office of the undersigned on or before March 13 next during office hour.

Attractive Cash Prize and Trophies will be given to the Winners & Runners up.

All School, Colleges, Localities etc of the District are welcome to participate and also to witness the programme.
