    The state govt has set up a student shelter home for students hailing from outside of Meghalaya studying in the State and stranded on account of COVID-19 lockdown.

    The Student Shelter Homes have been set up at the following Education Guest Houses namely MBOSE Guest House, Kennel Worth Road, Laitumkhrah, Shillong and Education Guest House (DSEL) Kennel Worth Road, Laitumkhrah, Shillong.

    Any stranded students from outside the State of Meghalaya who requires assistance and who have run out of stocks can stay in the above notified Guest Houses. Two meals will be provided in a day apart from tea and snacks in the morning.
