St. Xavier’s University invites law students to XavAequitas’24

The Moot Court Society of Xavier Law School, St. Xavier’s University, Kolkata, is excited to announce the inaugural National Moot Court Competition, XavAequitas’24, taking place from October 24 to 26, 2024. This prestigious event aims to provide law students from across the country with a platform to enhance their advocacy skills and engage in thought-provoking legal debates.

XavAequitas’24 is designed to immerse participants in the nuances of courtroom advocacy while competing against peers from leading law schools. The competition promises an intellectually stimulating experience that will challenge students to tackle contemporary legal issues.

Institutions are encouraged to circulate this invitation widely among their students to promote maximum participation. The last date for registration is October 14, 2024, with memorial submissions due by October 18, 2024. Each institution can register a maximum of five teams.
