Shullai donates chairs, tables for assisting COVID vaccination drive

BJP leader and cabinet minister Sanbor Shullai has provided public utility chairs and tables to various organizations of his 19th South Shillong constituency under SUWP Scheme 2020-21, who rendered voluntary services to assist the COVID-19 vaccination drive in their respective localities.

The initiative was a token of appreciation to such organizations on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan celebrated across the nation.

Speaking at the meeting held on August 22, Shullai said that only peace and harmony will bring development in the state.

The minister also assured that he would continue to assist various organizations who are voluntarily providing social services within the constituency.

The chairs and tables provided to various organizations are to assist the district administration during the pandemic and also to achieve 100% vaccination in the constituency.
