In Conversation With SCVTC: Offering Computer And Skill Training In Jaintia Hills

The world is changing rapidly along with the rapid emergence of new and latest technologies. Softech cum Voice Accent Training Centre (SCVTC), based on Jainitia Hills, Meghalaya is a centre that is started by Barryland Dkhar and Pearly C Sumer on 3rd February 2020. The centre specialises in offering CSC academy education and skill development programme. The centre is also planning to provide training on solar installation and operation maintenance. Furthermore, they are also planning to offer trainings for developing skills like food processing, tailoring, embroidery, knitting etc.

“We have provided training on CSC academy to 34 candidates and we have also provided English strokes training to 24 candidates till date,” Barryland Dkhar said.

SCVTC was set up keeping in mind the unemployment rate in Meghalaya. So, in order to bring down the unemployment rate and provide employment opportunities to the people, this institute was started with an aim to develop the skills of an individual so that they can go ahead and contribute to the betterment of the society.

This computer training school also help the trainees by assisting them in getting job placement opportunities. On asking them about their special moment till date, they added that their trainees had presented their skills that were beyond their expectations.

Therefore, SCVTC strives for creating awareness to the young entrepreneurs and provide them with the support they need in order to build up their skills which will help them further to get a job in their desired field.
