The Electoral Registration Officer for the 7-Amlarem (ST) Assembly Constituency informs the public that the Electoral Roll has been updated in accordance with the Registration of Electors (Second Amendment) Rules, 2022. A copy of the revised roll is available for inspection at the Office of the Electoral Registration Officer in Amlarem, as well as designated locations during office hours.

The qualifying date for this Electoral Roll update is January 1, 2025. Eligible electors are encouraged to review the roll and submit claims for inclusion, objections to existing entries, or corrections in Form 6, 6A, 7, or 8 by November 28, 2024.

Additionally, citizens who will turn 18 on the next qualifying dates in 2025 – April 1, July 1, or October 1 – may apply in advance for inclusion using Form-6. These applications will be reviewed quarterly based on each qualifying date.

Every claim or objection should be presented at the Office of the Electoral Registration Officer, at designated locations starting from October 29, 2024 or sent by post.
