Police observers all set in Jaintia Hills for policing elections

West Jaintia Hills District Superintendent of Police has informed that Kumar Vishwajeet, IPS, Police Observer of 1 – Nartiang, 2 – Jowai, 3 – Raliang, 4 – Mowkaiaw & 7 – Amlarem for the ensuing MLA Election, 2023 have arrived in the district.

In East Jaintia Hills, ECI has deployed Awinash Kumar IPS as police observer for 5- Sutnga-Saipung (ST) and 6- Khliehriat (ST) Assembly constituencies.
