    In order to ease the movement of the polling parties who will be proceeding to their respective polling stations on Saturday and Sunday, the West Jaintia Hills District has made the main parts of Jowai Town an almost No Entry Zone on the last day of election campaign.

    No Entry at Thomas Jones Junction Towards D.C Office

    No Left Turn at Wahnangbah Junction Towards D.C Office

    No Entry from Mission Compound road towards D.C office

    No Entry at Dawki stand towards Mynthong road (District Library)

    No Entry at Khimusniang (Umshangiar Junction ) towards Jrisalein Ground

    No Entry at D.C junction towards Jrisalein Ground (via H.K Singh)

    No Entry at H.K School Tri- Junction towards Jrisalein Ground

    All Vehicles coming from residential area will be diverted towards lawmusiang i.e Mynthong Locality, Chutwakhu, lawmusiang.

    Khimusniang vehicles will be diverted to Chilliang Raij via Umshangiar.

    Notably there will be three election rally in Dulong, Loompyrdi and Chiliang Raij.
