SHILLONG: Four NGOs have demanded the state government to speed up the setting up of the entry-exit points in the state.
A delegation of the KSU, FKJGP, HNYF and RBYF have also decided to meet the PWD (Building) Minister Comingone Ymbon to discuss on the issue tomorrow.
This was after they have recently conducted an inspection and found out that there has been slow progress on the delay of the construction of the entry point at Umling in Ri Bhoi District.
Sources said the four NGOs would seek clarification as to how long will it take for the government to set up the entry point.
