    The Governor of Meghalaya, Satya Pal Malik today felicitated 29 Cadets for voluntary blood donation, 3 civilian staff and 3 Officers for their excellent services, on the occasion of NCC Day 2021 at a function held at the Durbar Hall, Raj Bhavan, Shillong.   

    Addressing the gathering, Satya Pal Malik lauded the NCC for providing a great experience to the youth of the country to realise their true potential and contribute to nation building. He stated that that the motto of the NCC “Unity and Discipline” is an inspiration to the youth and called upon the cadets to inspire others by setting an example of discipline and motivation in all walks of life.          

    Malik congratulated the NCC cadets for their selfless service towards society by voluntarily coming forward and donating blood across the nation. He urged the cadets to take advantage of the unique opportunities provided by the NCC for their self-development. (MIPR)
