MVSA-JHDU to conduct deworming and anti-rabies vaccination drive in Jaintia Hills region

The Meghalaya Veterinary Services Association-Jaintia Hills District Unit (MVSA-JHDU) will organize a deworming and anti-rabies vaccination drive across all veterinary dispensaries in West Jaintia Hills District and East Jaintia Hills Districts.

The drive will take place from September 24 to 28, 2024, as part of the global observance of World Rabies Day 2024.

Pet owners are encouraged to visit their nearest veterinary dispensary during these dates to ensure their pets are vaccinated against rabies and dewormed. The initiative aims to raise awareness and combat the spread of rabies in the region.
