Model Code of Conduct for GHADC election

The District Council Affairs Department, Government of Meghalaya has issued the Model Code of Conduct for the guidance of political parties and candidates for the General Elections 2021, to the Garo Hills Autonomous District Council.

According to the Joint Secretary to the Government of Meghalaya, District Council Affairs Department, the Model Code of Conduct shall be applicable in all areas under the jurisdiction of the Garo Hills Autonomous District Council and will take effect from 8^th March, 2021. (MIPR)
