Meghalaya observes Constitution Day with preamble pledge at Secretariat

To commemorate Constitution Day, observed annually on 26th November, F.R. Kharkongor, Principal Secretary to the Government of Meghalaya, today administered the ‘Read the Preamble’ pledge to officials and staff at the Main Secretariat Building, Shillong.
