Meghalaya Guv extends financial support to 2 rape victims from SWGH

Meghalaya Governor CH Vijayashankar met with the families of two rape victims from South West Garo Hills at Rajbhavan on Saturday.

During this heartfelt meeting, the Governor extended support to the victims by providing them with financial assistance of Rs 50,000/- each to help them during this challenging time.

The Governor has emphasized the government’s commitment to supporting victims of violence to get justice and ensuring their dignity and rights.
