Ex-army man arrested for drug trafficking in Shillong

An ex-army man was arrested with heroin at Happy Valley on Friday.

63-year old Lhunkhojang Kuki @ Pajang and @ Jangkholal retired from Assam Regiment in 2001, police said on Saturday.

From his possession, 6 soap boxes containing suspected heroin weighing -69.41 gms. 1 mobile phone, 1 scooty bearing R/No. MN 01 Y 8820, Cash – 21,600/- and 1 driving license, they said.
