Essential items permitted during containment measures in Shillong

East Khasi Hills Deputy Commissioner has issued a list of essential items that permitted for opening from May 1st to May 10th as per Government order dated 28th April for imposing Containment Measures in Shillong Urban Agglomeration. The list of Essential items is as per notification of the government on 21st April 2020.

A number of shops in each zone permitted for the opening along with date and timing will be regulated by the Incident Commander. Shops not listed will remain closed.

Shops dealing in hardware, electrical, plumbing and sanitaryware, computer service centre, mobile repair and automobile repair will open only as per dates and times to be fixed by this office.

Names of all such shops will be compiled by the Incident Commander of the different zones in Shillong Urban Agglomeration.
