BSF personnel assaulted civilians alleged KSU

The Khasi Students Union East Jaintia Hills District has alleged that the BSF personnel posted in Sonapyrdi, East Jaintia Hills District manhandled civilians and damaged vehicles which passed by the road on Sunday night.

Informing this, KSU EJHD General Secretary K S Suchiang said at 9 pm of Sunday three local youths from Thangksai and Lum Tongseng were brutally assaulted and manhandled by the BSF personnel and also damaged their vehicle.

The KSU leader condemned the barbaric action of the BSF personnel meted to the local people while the Bangladeshi Nationals under the nose of the BSF managed to intrude to India and attacked the local residents in East Jaintia Hills District, Meghalaya.
