Work from home for 14 Govt offices in Meghalaya

Meghalaya Government on Monday announced that the offices of 14 Directorates shall work from home with immediate effect.

According to the notification issued by CVD Diengdoh, IAS Secretary to the Government of Meghalaya said “The officials and staff of the following Directorates shall work from home and be available on call.”

Here are the list of the Directorates to work from home:

1. Directorate of Art and Culture

2. Controller of Legal Metrology

3. Registrar of Cooperative Societies

4. Directorate of Economics and Statistics

5. Directorate of Education Research and Training

6. Directorate of Housing

7. Chief Inspector of Boilers and Factories

8. Directorate of Printing and Stationery

9. Directorate of Program Implementation and Evaluation

10. Directorate of Sericulture and Weaving

11. Directorate of Small Sevings

12. Directorate of Sainik Wefare

13. Directorate of State Lotteries

14. Commandant Civil Task Force

All other Directorates shall function at 100% attendance for Group A and B officers and 50% strength for Group C and Group D staff.
