WJHDCA stumbles to third straight loss in MCA Under-16 Boys Tournament

RBDCA claimed a resounding 172-run victory over WJHDCA in a league match of the MCA Under-16 Boys Inter-District Tournament held at Madan Thad Mukhla Mission on April 29.

RBDCA won the toss and opted to bat, posting a challenging total of 224/9 in their 50 overs. Soham Shah (77), Nobojit Chettri (61), and Anmol Shah (48) were the standout batters for RBDCA.

In reply, WJHDCA struggled and were bowled out for just 52 runs in 23.5 overs. Meroily Lytan top-scored for WJHDCA with 19 runs.

Anmol Shah led RBDCA’s bowling attack with impressive figures of 5/12 in 8 overs, while Nobojit Chettri also contributed with 2/4 in 6.5 overs.

WJHDCA’s bowlers, including Feelic Lamare (3/28) and Wansuklang Pala (2/26), tried their best, but WJHDCA couldn’t recover from early setbacks. This defeat leaves WJHDCA without a win in their last three league matches.
