West Jaintia Hills Police seek information on deceased accident victim

West Jaintia Hills Superintendent of Police informed that on November 4, at around 11:50 am, a motor vehicle accident occurred at Sahdaloi Thadmuthlong Phramer, West Jaintia Hills. A 12-Wheeler Truck accidentally struck an unknown individual on NH-6 highway.

The victim is around 35-45 years old and appeared to be a member of the Tribal community. He was found lying lifeless at the spot with serious heads injury where the person succumbed to his injury on the spot.

Efforts had been made to identify the victim however his identity is yet to be ascertain.
