UDP-CEC to meet on Jan 23

SHILLONG: The United Democratic Party (UDP) will hold its central executive committee (CEC) meeting at Crinoline View, Barik here on January 23.

The notice issued by the general secretary of the party, Jemino Mawthoh informed that various issues will be discussed during the CEC meeting.

These include the current political situation, issues concerning the state, district council affairs, bye-election to the Langrin constituency and others.

The meeting will also be attended by all MLAs, MDCs, presidents and secretaries of the different districts and frontal wings of the party.
