Two arrested with arm, grenades in South Garo Hills

Two persons were arrested with one chinese pistol and two country made grenades in South Garo Hills District on Thursday.

Chengsang M Marak, a resident of West Garo Hills and Sengchang N Sangma from South Garo Hills  were arrested by the special operation team of South Garo Hills, police said.

Two country-made grenades and one chinese pistol were recovered from their possession. The matter is under investigation, they said.
