Tourist spots in West Jaintia Hills to reopen from June 3

The Deputy Commissioner of West Jaintia Hills, Abhinav Kumar Singh, IAS, has revoked the earlier order that had closed all tourist spots in the district due to bad weather.

The order, which was issued on May 31, 2025, is no longer in effect as the weather has improved. Tourist spots will reopen to the public from June 3, 2025.
