TMC releases list of 40 star campaigners for Tura LS seat

The opposition All India Trinamool Congress (AITC) on Wednesday released the list of 40 star campaigners for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections in Meghalaya.

According to the list, AITC chairperson Mamata Banerjee and general secretary Abhishek Banerjee will be campaigning for the party candidate Zenith M Sangma, who filed his nomination papers from Tura parliamentary constituency.

The other star campaigners include, Dr Manas Ranjan Bhunia, Charles Pyngrope, Dr Mukul Sangma, James Lyngdoh, Rupa M Marak, , Dr Mirzanur Rahman Kazi, Miani D Shira, Dikkanchi D Shira, Jangban R Marak, Adolf Lu Hitler R Marak, Mukul Das, Sengnam M Marak.
