Three MCS officers promoted

The Meghalaya Government has promoted three MCS Officers namely Delis Mary Suja, Rimaya S. Manners and Prafulla Kr. Boro to the position of Heads of Department/Joint Secretary.

On her promotion, Delis Mary Suja, MCS, Additional Deputy Commissioner, East Khasi Hills District, Shillong is posted as Joint Secretary to the Govt. of Meghalaya, Commerce & Industries Department

Similarly, Rimaya S.Manners, MCS, Additional Deputy Commissioner, East Khasi Hills District, Shillong and District Planning Officer, Shillong is posted as Director, Directorate of Education, Research and Training, Meghalaya.

Prafulla Kr.Boro, MCS, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Ri-Bhoi District, Nongpoh is posted as Joint Secretary to the Govt. of Meghalaya, Urban Affairs Department. He shall also function as Chief Executive Officer, Shillong Municipal Board and Secretary, MUDA.
