Supercare Hospital nurse honoured with National Young Leader Award

Supercare Hospital is proud to announce that Rikadeisuk Suting, serving as a Quality Nurse, has been awarded the Young Leader Award (YLA) 2025 by the Association of Nurse Executives India (ANEI). This distinguished recognition honours her exemplary leadership in patient safety, quality improvement, and community nursing.
The award was conferred during ANEICON 2025, ANEI’s national conference, held at the Lulu Bolgatty International Convention Hall, Grand Hyatt Kochi, Kerala, on May 30, 2025. The award ceremony was presided over by Dr. Rajan N. Khobragade, Additional Chief Secretary, Health & Family Welfare, Government of Kerala, who graced the event as the Chief Guest.
Also present at the ceremony were key members of ANEI’s national leadership, including Capt. Ajitha Nair, National President; Dr. Unmona Borgohain, National Vice President; Dr. Vincy Tribhuvan, National Secretary; Lt. Col. (Dr.) Ajee K. L., National Treasurer; and Thankam Gomez, Founder President.
Suting was recognised for her commitment to evidence-based nursing practices and for spearheading initiatives that have led to significant improvements in patient care at Supercare Hospital. She is known for her innovative approach to healthcare delivery and her dedication to improving systems with compassion and measurable impact.
Her work has been strongly supported and guided by Mary B. Lyngdoh, Nursing Superintendent, and Rikadeilang Paslein, Deputy Nursing Superintendent—whose mentorship continues to shape Supercare Hospital’s culture of nursing excellence.
Supercare Hospital holds the distinction of being the first hospital in Meghalaya to achieve full NABH accreditation, including certifications in NABH Emergency and NABH Nursing Excellence. Notably, it is also the first hospital in Northeast India to be accredited with NABH Nursing Excellence, underlining its commitment to clinical quality and workforce development.
