Shillong Premier League 2023: Mawlai vs Nangkiew Irat match postponed

Fans of the Shillong Premier League 2023 unfortunately had to miss out on the match between Mawlai SC and Nangkiew Irat SC scheduled for today as the district administration of East Khasi Hills requested a postponement. 

With Polo Ground being a hub of activity related to the first phase of the general election on Friday, it was advised not to have a match today in order for the smooth ingress and egress of vehicles on election duty, which the Shillong Sports Association (SSA) was ready to comply with. 

The SSA had already decided not to have any matches scheduled for Thursday or Friday. The next SPL 2023 match will take place on Monday with Nangkiew Irat in action against Rangdajied United FC at 3:15pm.
