Shillong North MLA shifted to Vellore

Shillong North MLA Adelbert Nongrum was shifted to CMC Hospital Vellore on the evening of May 23, 2025 for a medical emergency.

Nongrum was hospitalized for the past few days in Robert Hospital Shillong for post operation complications. After his condition did not improve and he was referred to Vellore for further medical treatment.
