    Shillong Lajong FC is set to host Sreenidi Deccan FC in an exciting encounter in the I-League tomorrow at the SSA Stadium, Polo. The match will kick off at 7:00 Pm.

    After a hard fought victory against Namdhari FC in their last match, Lajong will look to continue their winning momentum when they face the Deccan Warriors from Hyderabad.

    Head Coach Jose Carlos Rodriguez Hevia have expressed confidence in the preparation of the team and is determined the team will give their best on the field. “We are fully focused and prepared for the match against Sreenidi Deccan. Our team is working hard and we are ready to give a good performance. Every match is important and we are committed to getting a positive result,” said the Head Coach of Shillong Lajong FC.

    Lajong are currently 6th on the points table with 19 points from 13 matches, while Sreenidi Deccan are currently 9th with 16 points from 13 matches.

    Lajong, with their strong home advantage, will look to capitalize on the support of the home crowd to secure all three points and move further up the table with only 8 points separating them currently from Churchill Brothers who are currently holding the top position with 27 points. 

    This will also be Lajong last home match of February before playing six consecutive away matches from home. 

    Tickets for the match are available at the Electronic Centre (Police Bazaar), Cafe Shillong (Laitumkhrah) & also on the Matchday at the SSA Stadium ticket counter, Polo .
