    In a minor bureaucratic reshuffle, senior MCS officer Ibashisha Mawlong, MCS, Labour Commissioner & Secretary, Meghalaya, Buliding & Other Construction Workers’ Welfare Board etc., is transferred and Chief Inspector of Boilers and Factories and will continue as Revenue Officer, Indradhanush Gas Grid Ltd.

    Pravin Bakshi, JAS (RR: 2006) Commissioner & Secretary to the Govt of Meghalaya, Food Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs, Public Health Engineering, Forest & Environment., Departments, is relieved of his functions as Commissioner & Secretary to the Govt of Meghalaya, Forest & Environment Department.

    C.V.D Diengdoh, IAS (RR: 2010), Commissioner & Secretary to the Govt. of Meghalaya, Personnel & A. R. etc., Departments and Director of Tourism, shall function as Commissioner & Secretary to the Govt. of Meghalaya, Water Resources Department, Executive Director, Meghalaya Basin Management Agency and also as Additional Project Director of KW funded Protection of Vulnerable Catchment areas in Meghalaya Project, implemented by Meghalaya Basin Management Agency under the Planning, Investment and Sustainable Development Department. He is however, relieved of his functions as Director, Tourism.

    S.C. Sadhu, IAS (RR: 2011) Secretary to the Govt. of Meghalaya A.H & Veterinary, Water Resources etc., Departments shall also function as Secretary in the Govt. of Meghalaya, Forest & Environment Department. He is however, relieved of his functions as Secretary to the Govt. of Meghalaya, Water Resource Department.

    R. Chitturi, JAS (RR:2016) Additional Secretary to the Govt. of Meghalaya, Finance Department etc., shall also function as Additional Secretary to the Govt. of Meghalaya Power Department and as Executive Director, Meghalaya Basin Development Authority.

    Jagdish Chelani, IAS (RR: 2018), Commissioner of Taxes and also function as Joint Secretary to the Govt. of Meghalaya, Labour and Planning Investment & Sustainable Development Departments, Labour Commissioner and Secretary, Meghalaya Building & Other Construction Workers Welfare Board and also as Additional Project Director of the ADB funded Supporting Human Capital Development in Meghalaya (Phase-II) Project with effect from the date of talking over charge and until further orders.

    Mitali Chandra, IAS (RR: 2019), Joint Secretary to the Govt. of Megha, Social Welfare Department etc., shall also function as Additional Project Director of the ADB funded Meghalaya Early Childhood Development (ECD) Mission Project.

    Saloni Verma, IAS (RR: 2021), Deputy Secretary to the Govt of Meghalaya, Food Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs Department & Director, Food Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs etc., shall also function as Deputy Secretary to the Govt. of Meghalaya, Agriculture & Farmers’ Welfare Department and as Additional Chief Executive Officer of Meghalaya’s Natural and Organic Farming Society for Livelihood and Innovation in Agriculture (MEGNOLIA).

    Saljong K. Marak, MCS Joint Secretary to the Govt. of Meghalaya, Soil Water Conservation Department etc., shall also function as Secretary, Meghalaya State Information Commission.

    Doreena Phawa, MCS, Joint Secretary to the Govt. of Meghalaya Home (Police) Department etc., is relieved of her functions as Director, Programme Implementation & Evaluation and also as Secretary, Meghalaya State Information Commission.

    Brenda L. Pakyntein, MCS, Chief Inspector of Bollers & Factories transferred and posted as Director, Tourism.

    Dr. Rezina Ch. Marak, MCS, Joint Secretary to the Govt. of Meghal Health & Family Welfare Department shall also function as Director, Programme Implementation & Evaluation.
