Section 163 BNSS order issued for deposition of arms and weapons

The District Magistrate East Khasi Hills District has directed all all-Arms License Holders to deposit their arms)/weapon(s) to the nearest Police Stations/Outpost/Beat-house for peaceful, free and fair conduct of the ensuing General Elections to the Khasi Hills Autonomous District Council, 2025.

The order was issued under Section 163 BNSS due to the notification of the MDC election.
