The Assam Royal Global University (RGU) will host the National Leadership Conclave 2025 on September 11 and 12, bringing together top industry leaders, thinkers, and professionals from across the country. Themed “Ethics and the Evolving Workforce,” the conclave will serve as a platform to deliberate on the challenges and opportunities reshaping the future of work.

The two-day event will focus on issues at the heart of organisational transformation, including the rebranding of hustle culture, accountability in the startup ecosystem, women’s representation in CXO positions, the role of HR in the age of algorithms, and the ethical dilemmas facing Gen Z professionals.

Bristy Srivastava, Head of the Royal Centre for Corporate Relations (RCCR) and Convenor of the conclave, said the initiative aims to drive a national-level dialogue on ethics as a cornerstone of inclusive, accountable, and resilient organisations. “Ethics is not just an afterthought, but a driving force in shaping the workforce of tomorrow,” she remarked.

The conclave will feature leaders from prominent organisations, including Amazon, Kotak Mutual Fund, NTT Data, TopCem, and Jettwings, among others. Over 200 senior professionals are expected to participate, making it one of the largest intellectual gatherings of its kind in the Northeast.

According to Srivastava, the event also reflects RGU’s vision of positioning the region as a hub for dialogue between industry and academia. “Often overlooked, the Northeast now has an opportunity to influence the national conversation on leadership, ethics, and workforce transformation,” she said.

RGU officials said the conclave is poised to be a landmark event, underscoring the university’s commitment to fostering ethical leadership and preparing organisations for the future of work.
