Royal Global University cheers job-ready grads on ‘soaring high’ commendation day

Assam Royal Global University (RGU) lit up with pride on Wednesday as the Royal Centre for Corporate Relations (RCCR) hosted the ‘Soaring High’ Commendation Day, a special celebration to honour students who have secured placements in top companies across India.
The event was attended by faculty members, university leadership, industry recruiters, and proud families—coming together to mark a major milestone in the lives of graduating students.
This year, RGU students landed roles at major organizations such as Ernst & Young, ICICI Bank, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, Star Cements Ltd., Taj Cements, Lenskart, Specsmakers, Satguru Travels, Sai Life Sciences, Prag News, and Jumbo Group, among others—demonstrating the university’s growing strength in corporate connections.
“Our students’ dedication and hard work have translated into tangible career beginnings across various sectors,” said Mrs. Angira Mimani, Associate Dean of Student Affairs. She credited both the faculty and RCCR for their consistent support in helping students prepare for the professional world.
The Royal Centre for Corporate Relations, RGU’s dedicated training and placement arm, has played a central role in shaping the university’s upward placement trend. Through a focused approach to skill-building, interview preparation, and recruiter engagement, RCCR has ensured more students connect with quality job opportunities each year.
“This isn’t just a celebration of job offers—it’s a celebration of a shared journey,” said Pahi Bhagawati, Assistant Director of RCCR. “The Royal Global community has shown once again how powerful mentorship, ambition, and unity can be.”
The ceremony wrapped up with the felicitation of placed students, group photographs, and vibrant networking sessions, capturing both the pride of accomplishment and the promise of what lies ahead.
As the applause echoed through the halls of RGU, the message was clear: these graduates aren’t just leaving with degrees—they’re stepping into the world job-ready, confident, and soaring high.
