Rila I. Dor Suchiang of Lummuroo Sec. School, Shangpung bags Best Vocational Trainer Award
Rila I. Dor Suchiang, a vocational trainer from Lummuroo Secondary School (LSS), Shangpung in West Jaintia Hills, has been conferred with the Best Vocational Trainer Award by AISECT Meghalaya at the 4th Samarth Bharat Conclave held in Guwahati.
The prestigious conclave, hosted at Hotel Palacio on May 14 brought together stakeholders from across the region to recognise excellence in skill development and vocational training.
Representing the Electronics and Hardware sector, Suchiang was selected from among 19 Vocational Training Schools (VTS) in Meghalaya for her outstanding commitment to empowering students through practical skill-based education.
The award highlights her role in advancing vocational training standards and reflects AISECT Meghalaya’s commitment to strengthening grassroots skill initiatives across the state.
