    The Deputy Commissioner (Supply), West Jaintia Hills informed that the NFSA (AAY, PHH) and Non- NFSA for the month of July 2023 have been released to all FP Shop dealers within the district.

    Antyodaya Anna Yojana (AAY) quota of rice will be distributed at the scale of 35 kgs per AAY FI card free of cost for both rural and urban areas.

    Priority Household (PHH) quota of rice at the scale of 5kgs per head is free of cost for both rural and urban areas.

    Non-NFSA quota of rice at the scale of 7.215 kg per household at the rate fixed by the vigilance committee not to exceed Rs. 14 per kg for both rural and urban areas

    The Deputy Commissioner (supply) has directed all the Fair Price shops duly recommended by the competent authority to collect their permits from the office of the Deputy Commissioner (Supply) and to complete the distribution within 10th August 2023 by using the online transaction e-Pos online mode in their respective centre without fail.
