    The Deputy Commissioner (Supply), East Khasi Hills District has informed the public consumers that Rice under NFSA (AAY and PHH) and Non-NFSA and under PMGKAY Scheme for the month of August 2020 and Wholemeal Atta for the month of July 2020 is released through the respective Fair Price Shops.

    The scale of issue is 35 kgs per card @ Rs. 3/- per kg for AAY quota, 5 kgs per head @ Rs. 3/- per kg for PHH, and 7.215 kgs per household @ Rs. 12.70/- to Rs. 13.00/- per kg for Non-NFSA.

    Rice under PMGKAY Scheme will be distributed free of cost at the scale of 5 kgs per head for AAY and PHH beneficiaries.

    Wholemeal Atta will be issued at the scale of 5 kgs per card in urban areas and 3 kgs per card in rural areas @ Rs. 10.50 per kg.

    Non-supply, over-charging of rate, supply of less prescribed scale or inferior quality may be reported to the Deputy Commissioner (Supply), East Khasi Hills District, Shillong.
