    The Deputy Commissioner (Election), East Khasi Hills District has informed that the list of amendment to the draft electoral roll for the 6-Sohryngkham, 7-Mawkynrew, 8-Nongkrem, 9-Lyngkyrdem-Laitkroh, 10-Nongshken, 12-Mawsynram, 14-Mylliem, 15-Laban-Mawprem, 16-Nongthymmai, 17-Laitumkhrah-Malki, 18-Mawkhar-Pynthorumkhrah, 19-Jaiaw, 20-Mawlai, 21-Mawphlang-Diengiei and 22-Nongspung-Sohiong District Council Constituencies have been prepared with reference to 1st January, 2025 as the qualifying date and in accordance with the Assam & Meghalaya Autonomous Districts  (Constitution of District Councils) Rules 1951 under Rule 129(4). 

    A copy of the said list of amendments has been published and available for inspection at the office of the Deputy Commissioner and at all the offices of the Electoral Registration Officers/Assistant Electoral Registration Officers concerned during the office hours.
