    The dignitaries who will unfurl the National Flag and take salute at the ceremonial parade on the occasion of Republic Day on 26th January, 2025 in the district headquarters are Meghalaya Governor, C H Vijayashankar at Shillong, Chief Minister, Conrad K Sangma at Tura, Deputy Chief Minister, Prestone Tynsong at Nongstoin, Deputy Chief Minister, Sniawbhalang Dhar at Mawkyrwat, Minister, Paul Lyngdoh at Nongpoh, Minister, Comingone Ymbon at Jowai, Minister, A T Mondal at Williamnagar, Minister, Rakkam A Sangma at Baghmara, Minister, Marcuise N Marak at Resubelpara, Minister, Dr. M Ampareen Lyngdoh at Ampati, Minister, Kyrmen Shylla at Khliehriat and Minister, Shakliar Warjri at Mairang.

    In the Civil Sub-divisions, MLA, Sanjay A Sangma will unfurl the National Flag and take salute at the ceremonial parade at Sohra, MLA, Gavin Mylliemngap at Amlarem, MLA, Marthon J Sangma at Dadenggre, MLA, Dr. Celestine Lyngdoh at Pynursla, MLA, Sengchim N Sangma at Chokpot, MLA, Limison D Sangma at Raksamgre, MLA, Gabriel Wahlang at Mawshynrut, MLA, Ian Botham K Sangma at Ranikor, MLA, Charles Marngar at Patharkhmah, MLA, Jim M Sangma at Rongjeng, MLA, Subir Marak at Jengjal and MLA, Brening A Sangma at Dalu.

    In Hima Shangpung (Laskein C&RD Block), MLA, Santa Mary Shylla will unfurl the National Flag and take salute at the ceremonial parade.

    AT-HOME reception at Raj Bhavan

    On the occasion of Republic Day on 26th January, 2025, the Governor will be hosting a reception, ‘AT-HOME’ at Raj Bhavan, Shillong at 11:00 AM.
