The Deputy Secretary to the Governor of Meghalaya has informed that in connection with the Independence Day, 2020, the Raj Bhavan, Shillong will not be open for the general public on 14^th and 15^th August 2020 due to the current situation of COVID-19 in Shillong agglomeration.
