Priyanka to lead 6 km-long roadshow in Jorhat tomorrow
In a bid to kick off the election campaign for Congress candidate Gaurav Gogoi, All India Congress Committee (AICC) general secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra will lead a six-km long roadshow from Titabor to Jorhat on Tuesday.
Gandhi will arrive at Jorhat Airport at 10.45 am and proceed to Titabar for the roadshow from 11.30 am to 12.30 pm from Titabar to Jorhat.
The roadshow will start from Bokahola Tea Estate and leave for Titabar Tinali towards Jorhat.
She will be back in Agartala on the same day.
Congress has fielded former chief minister Tarun Gogoi’s son Gaurav Gogoi for the upcoming elections from Jorhat seat against sitting MP and BJP candidate Topon Kumar Gogoi.
