    In a series of tweets, Prime Minister, Narendra Modi shares a message on World Health Day, on Wednesday morning.

    In his tweet he informed that the Indian government is implementing a number of initiatives, including Ayushman Bharat and the PM Janaushadhi Yojana, to ensure that people have access to high-quality, low-cost healthcare. In order to strengthen the fight against COVID-19, India is also conducting the world’s largest vaccination drive.

    He also urges people to take possible precautions, follow protocols, stay fit and boost their immunity. “World Health Day is a day to reaffirm our gratitude and appreciation to all those who work day and night to keep our planet healthy. It’s also a day to reiterate our commitment to supporting research and innovation in healthcare.”, as per PM’s tweet.
