Official arrangement for smooth functioning of BDO Saipung

The office of the Block Development Officer Saipung at the Block Hqtr. Saipung shall functions effectively on every Wednesday and Friday of the week.

All Officers & Staffs dealing with different schemes in their respective circles nearest or within the Block Hqtr. are instructed to perform their official duties accordingly from the Block Hqtr. Saipung during these two days. The rest of the days will be at the Camp Office at Latyrke.

The officers and staffs dealing with different schemes in their respective circles nearest or within the camp office of the BDO Saipung at Latyrke are to function normally from Monday to Friday.

Further the BDO is required to monitor and ensure the functioning of the Block Office at Saipung Block Hqtr. and the camp office at Latyrke and to submit a report to the Deputy Commissioner & Chairman DRDA on weekly basis.

This Order shall come into effect from the date of issue and until further order.
