NYK Shillong organised Mega Fit India Run

Nehru Yuva Kendra Shillong in collaboration with Pay For Right Football Academy (PFR) organized a Mega Fit India Run at JN Sports Complex, Shillong on the occasion of Birth Anniversary of Pt. Deendayal Upadhyaya.

Fantin Lakadong, MDC,KHADC attended the programme as chief guest in the presence of Atul J. Nikam, State Director, NYKS, Meghalaya, D Rapsang, Deputy Director, NYKS, Shillong, Franky Kharumnuid President of PFR, Rilang Mylliempdah and Robin Nongrum Football Coach.

Fantin Lakadong in his speech appreciated the NYK Shillong for organizing these type of programs and also the PFR for taking part with NYKS in this programme. He also said after the pandemic, now we get an opportunity to start our daily exercise activities and this run is not for prizes but for fitness and to become healthy we need to do regular exercise.
