NPP to win absolute majority in 2 ADCs: Dhar

NPP national general secretary and deputy chief minister Sniawbhalang Dhar on Monday expressed confidence that his party will win absolutely majority in both the Khasi Hills Autonomous District Council (KHADC) and Jaintia Hills Autonomous District Council (JHADC), which are going to polls on February 21.

“NPP will win single majority. It will will full majority in both the councils,” Dhar told reporters.

He claimed that the party’s wave keep increasing day by day and said, “This is because the people of the state also wants development.”

“Therefore, it is a very good trend for the party in both the ADCs,” Dhar added.
