North Liberty Hr. Sec. School U-17 Boys & Girls teams through to the Semifinal: State Level Subroto Mukherjee Cup

SHILLONG: The U-17 boys and girls’ team of North Liberty Higher Secondary School, West Jaiñtia Hills District goes through to the Semifinal after winning both their matches on August 02 at the State Level Subroto Mukherjee Cup 2019, while the Liberty U-14 boys failed to make the cut and had to go home.

The U-17 boys of North Liberty Hr. Sec. School won 8-0 against Ramgsakona Sec School Ampati (SWGHD) while the U-17 girls won with huge margin 12-0 against Najing Memorial Sec School,Tura (West Garo Hills District) whereas the Liberty U-14 boys lose by a solitary goal to Khliehumstem Sec. School (Ribhoi) and failed to qualify for the Semifinal spot.

In the U-17 boys category, H Elias Hr. Sec. School (EKHD) 0-0 against Bajengdoba Hr. Sec. School, Church of God Sec. School (WKHD) won 1-0 against Chiehruphi Sec. School (EJHD), North Liberty Hr. Sec. School (WJHD) won 8-0 against Rangsakona Sec. School (SWGHD), Pratlynti Sec. School (RBD) won 3-0 against Mariem Sec. School (SWKHD).

In the U-17 girls category, Umthli Hr. Sec. School (EKHD) won 16-0 against Ampati Govt. Hr. Sec. School (SWGHD), Joel Gatphoh Memorial Synod Hr. Sec. School (WKHD) won 7-0 against Rongjeng United Darugre Sec. School (EGHD), North Liberty Hr. Sec. School (WJHD) won 12-0 against Najing Memorial Sec. School (WGHD), Joel Gatphoh Memorial Synod Hr. Sec. School (WKHD) won 6-0 against Chokpot English School (SGHD), Musniang Sec. School 0-0 against Monfort Hr Sec., Khliehumstem Sec. School (RBHD) won 1-0 against North Liberty Hr.Sec (WJHD), District War Sepngi Christian Hr. Sec. School (EKHD) won 3-0 against St, Joseph Sec. School (EGHD).

The semifinal draw on the 2nd August, 2019 for U-17 boys :

H Elias Hr. Sec. School (EKHD) will be up against North Liberty Hr. Sec. (WJHD) and Church of God Sec. School (WKHD) will face Pratlynti Sec. School (RI-BHOI)

In the U-17 girls Semifinal, Umthli Hr. Sec. School (EKHD) will be up against North Liberty Hr.Sec. (WJHD) and Joel Gatphoh Memorial Synod Hr. Sec. School (WKHD) against Sati Raja Memorial Sec. School (RI BHOI).
