    Hema Nayak, IAS, Sub Divisional Magistrate has prohibited any sort of agitation programme in any form, by any individual or organization in Sohra Civil Sub Division, Sohra under Section 144 CrPC.

    The SDO Civil Sohra is also the Returning Officer, 26-Shella (ST) and 28-Sohra (ST) Assembly Constituencies.

    Meanwhile, the SDO Civil Sohra also informed o rallies and procession will be allowed without official permission.

    No wall writing, pasting of posters/papers or defacement in any other form, or erecting. displaying of cut-outs, hoardings, banners, etc. shall be permitted on any public property/public premises.

    No Political Parties or Candidates will be allowed to put up banners on all roads/thoroughfares.

    No election meeting will be allowed without taking permission from the Office of the undersigned and subsequently local headmen regarding the venue of the meeting.

    No. P.A System will be allowed to be used between 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

    In case of P.A System/Loud speakers which are used without permission from the authority concernef the same would be seized immediately by the local authorities.
