NEIGRIHMS doctor arrested for molesting 2 women
A doctor of the North Eastern Indira Gandhi Regional Institute of Health and Medical Sciences (NEIGRIHMS) has been arrested for allegedly molesting two women at the Institute.
A complaint against Dr Jhutan Chowdhury of the Department of General Medicines, NEIGRIHMS was filed with the Rynjah police station on Thursday.
The FIR stated that the doctor had molested the two women who had gone to the Institute for medical check up. One of them was referred to the Institute by the Ganesh Das hospital.
Meanwhile, sources informed that the police has arrested the doctor on Friday .
